Getting Marriage in Thailand,
I would like to propose my service and the procedures also all documents that are required for the process of registering marriage in Thailand.

List of documents for Marriage and Registration in Thailand

·         Affirmation of Marital Status Application Form 

·         Passport and copy of your passport also page with visa.

·         Original decree absolute or PDF and covering letter or email from the court, if applicable. For all divorces registered outside the UK, you will need to provide evidence that you or your former spouse were residents of the country where the divorce took place.

·         Proof of Address: We accept the following documents as proof of address: DVLA issued photocard driving licence, mortgage statement, tenancy agreement, Housing Association rent card, Tabien Baan (yellow book).
If issued in the past three months, bank statement, letter from your bank, utility bill, council tax demand, Inland Revenue tax demand or a self-assessment statement.

·         The following people for reference purposes (Needs: Name, Address and Telephone of your friend or family or Employer in the UK)

จดทะเบียนสมรสกับชาวอังกฤษ ต้องเตรียมตัวหรือทำอย่างไรบ้าง?
ขั้นตอนดำเนินการจดทะเบียนสมรสกับชาวอังกฤษ.

• เข้าไปในเว็บไซด์ของสถานทูต เพื่อทำการกรอกฟอร์มออนไลน์ ก่อนที่จะเตรียมการกรอกฟอร์มออนไลน์เอกสารทั้งหมด จะต้องแสกนไฟล์ JPG หรือ PDF เพื่อเตรียมการยื่นทางออนไลน์
• รายการเอกสารตามด้านบนที่แจ้ง
• หลังจากกรอกฟอร์มและยื่นคำร้องเสร็จแล้ว ท่านจะได้รับลิงค์สำหรับการชำระเงินออนไลน์หรือเลือกที่จะไปชำระที่สถานทูตอังกฤษโดยตรงผ่านบัตรเคดิตก็ได้
• ตอนเลือกจะมีคำถามๆว่า คุณต้องการจะรับรองสำเนาหนังสือเดินทางด้วยหรือไม่? ให้ชอบว่าใช่ และจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่ม ทั้งหมดค่าธรรมเนียมที่จะต้องจ่ายคือ 75 GBP 
• เมื่อชำระออนไลน์หรือเลิกชำระที่สถานทูต แล้ว เว็บจะนำท่านไปสู่ลิงค์แห่งการทำนัดหมายเพื่อไปยื่นเอกสารที่สถานทูตอังกฤษ
• เมื่อเลือกวันนัดหมายแล้ว ยังจะต้องรอการตอบกลับจากสถานทูต ว่านัดหมายนั้นที่ทำเรื่องขอไปได้รับการยอมรับและยืนยันการนัดหมายหรือไม่ 
• เมื่อได้รับอีเมลตอบกลับยืนยันวันนัดหมายแล้วให้

เตรียมเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้

หนังสือเดินทางเล่ม

ทะเบียนการหย่าเล่มจริงหรือคำสั่งศาล จะต้องแปลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ หากเอกสารการหย่าอยู่ในรูปแบบภาษาไทย 

ใบขับขี่หรือหักฐานเกี่ยวกับที่พักอาศัยในอังกฤษ

สมุดทะเบียนบ้านเล่มเหลืองของชาวต่างชาติ

สูติบัตรบุตร หากมีบุตรด้วยกันก่อนสมรส 

เอกสารของบุคคลสัญชาติไทย

หนังสือเดินทางหรือบัตรประชาชนตัวจริง 

เมื่อได้รับเอกสารแล้วนำไปแปลและรับรองกรมการกงสุล ตามสาขาต่างๆ หรือสำนักงานใหญ่

What Marriage Documents to Take to the Registrar:When you go to register your marriage at the government office, you will need to take the following documents:

1. Your passport and Visa stamp from Thai Immigration  – 2 copies
2. Your fiancee's ID card (for Thai nationals only) – 2 copies
3. The Letter of Affirmation of Freedom to Marry (The original & The certified translation, plus copies of both)
4. Your fiancee's Tabien Baan (house log) (Thai nationals only) – 2  copies
5. Your fiancee's Divorce Certificate (If any)
6. You will also need two witnesses. "The Amphur" (Thai District office) can provide these but if you have two volunteers it's easier.
