เอกสารฝ่ายคู่สมรสชาวออสเตรเลีย

1. ต้องเข้าไปกดทำนัดหมายและเลือกวันที่จะเข้าไปยื่นเอกสาร
2. หนังสือเดินทางเล่มปัจจุบันและต้องมีวีซ่าเหลือมากกว่า 10 วันในการยื่นขอใบโสดกับสถานทูตออสเตรเลียประจำประเทศไทย
3. แบบฟอร์มคำร้องว่ามีคุณสมบัติในการจดทะเบียนสมรส ให้คู่สมรสเข้าไปตามลิงค์ด้านล่างแล้วดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์มมากรอก ต้องกรอกด้วยปากกาดำ ตัวเต็มบรรทัด
4. เตรียม ชื่อ ที่อยู่ พยาน 2 คน โดยที่พยานไม่ต้องมาแสดงตัวที่สถานทูตนำมาเพียงข้อมูลเท่านั้น พยานห้ามเป็นพ่อและแม่ สามารถใช้เพื่อนรวมงานหรือบุคคลที่เรารู้จักและกล่าวอ้างได้

เอกสารฝ่ายคู่สมรสชาวไทย

1. หนังสือเดินทางหรือบัตรประชาชน
2. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน
3. สำเนาใบเปลี่ยนชื่อหรือนามสกุล (ถ้ามี)
4. สำเนาทะเบียนการหย่า หรือ ใบสำคัญการหย่า (ถ้ามี)
5. สำเนาสูติบัตรบุตร กรณีที่มีบุตรร่วมกัน ก่อนการสมรส
6. กรณีที่หย่าร้างไม่เกิน 310 วัน ต้องมีใบรับรองแพทย์จาก ร.พ. ว่าไม่ตั้งครรภ์จึงจะสามารถจดทะเบียนใหม่ได้ 
7. กรณีที่เคยหย่า หรือคู่สมรสเดิมเสียชีวิต จะต้องกลับไปใช้นามสกุลเดิมและเปลียนบัตรประชาชนให้ตรงกับนามสกุลตอนเกิด จึงจะสามารถจดทะเบียนสมรสใหม่ได้
8. สำเนามรณะบัตร สำหรับกรณีคู่สมรสเดิมเสียชีวิต

The Australian Embassy will issue a Certificate of No Impediment for Australians to get married in Thailand. Please note that Thai authorities will only accept a CNI issued by the Australian Embassy for Australian citizens who have entered on their Australian passports. If you have entered Thailand on a passport issued by another country, you will need to request the equivalent document from that country’s Embassy.

A Certificate of No Impediment will be issued during your appointment.  It is not mandatory for the partner to attend the appointment. 

Before your appointment, please ensure that you have:

• The appropriate supporting documentation - original photo ID and divorce papers or death certificate (if applicable) for both the applicant and partner; and
• A completed application form. Please do not sign the form until your appointment when staff can witness your signature.
