Marriage Registration in Thailand for Norwegian Citizens

MARRIAGE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Please check that you have the following ORIGINAL documents:

• MARRIAGE APPLICATION FORM
• YOUR PASSPORT
• PASSPORT OF PERSON YOU PLAN TO MARRY
• CERTIFICATE OF NO IMPEDIMENT TO MARRIAGE
• TAX PAPER or LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT FROM THE COMPANY
  THAT YOU WORK FOR
•  A SET OF COPY OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS

2. Fill out the marriage application form, but do not sign your name
3. Make sure that you have all required documents and that you have completed
the form
4. Submit all documents by separating them in 2 sets: an original and a copy
5. Sign your name in front of the officer at the counter
6. You will receive your stamped document back the next day provided that you have submitted all required documents as mentioned above.

Dokumenter som må medbringes:

• EKTESKAPSATTEST
  Ekteskapsattesten som er utstedt av ditt regionale skattekontor
  (Se veiledning - Ekteskapasattest fra Norge)
• MARRIAGE APPLICATION FORM
  Søknaden fylles ut, men underskrives ikke i føste omgang.
• 2 NORSKE referansepersoner: navn, adresse, og telefonnummer
  (vedkommende må gjerne være bosatt i Thailand).
• DITT PASS
• PASSET eller ID-KORTET til den personen du planlegger å gifte deg med
• INNTEKTSDOKUMENTASJON fra arbeidsgiver, likningskontor eller pensjonskasse
• TELEFONNUMMER

What Marriage Documents to Take to the Registrar:When you go to register your marriage at the government office, you will need to take the following documents:

1. Your passport and Visa stamp from Thai Immigration  – 2 copies
2. Your fiancee's ID card (for Thai nationals only) – 2 copies
3. The Letter of Affirmation of Freedom to Marry (The original & The certified translation, plus copies of both)
4. Your fiancee's Tabien Baan (house log) (Thai nationals only) – 2  copies
5. Your fiancee's Divorce Certificate (If any)
6. You will also need two witnesses. "The Amphur" (Thai District office) can provide these but if you have two volunteers it's easier.

เอกสารของคู่สมรสชาวไทยที่ต้องเตรียม

1. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง(ถ้ามี)
2. บัตรประชาชนตัวจริง
3. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน
4. สำเนาทะเบียนการหย่า(ถ้ามี) (กรณีที่หย่าจะต้องกลับไปใช้นามสกุลเดิม)
5. สำเนาใบเปลี่ยนชื่อหรือนามสกุล(ถ้ามี)

กรณีที่มีทะเบียนหย่าไม่ถึง 310 วัน

1. จะต้องมีใบรับรองแพทย์ว่าบุคคลดังกล่าวไม่มีการตั้งครรภ์จาก รพ.

กรณีคู่สมรสเดิมเสียชีวิต

1. สำเนามรณะบัตร
2. คู่สมรสจะต้องกลับไปใช้นามสกุลเดิม ไม่สามารถใช้นามสกุลเดิมของคู่สมรสที่เสียชีวิตในการจดทะเบียนนสมรส

สำหรับลูกค้าที่ประสงค์จะใช้บริการของเรา 

ค่าบริการจดทะเบียนสมรส 12,000 บาท (ไม่รวมค่าธรรมเนียมสถานทูต 2,xxx บาท)

(รวมค่าแปล รับรองกระทรวง ล่าม พยาน ทุกอย่าง คุณลูกค้ามีหน้าที่แค่วันยื่นเอกสารขอหนังสือรับรองโสด และวันที่จดทะเบียนสมรสเท่านั้น ที่เหลือมอบอำนาจให้เราทำแทนได้ทั้งหมด)

ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการ หลังจากรับใบโสดนอร์เวย์ใช้เวลา 4 วันทำการ 

(ยกเลิกบริการแบบวันเดียวเสร็จเนื่องจากสถานกงสุล ยกเลิกบริการประทับรับรองเอกสารด่วน)
